I’m back!  Well, maybe.  Life just took over and I haven’t had time for the blog. Busy busy end of summer.  I’m feeling very overwhelmed this week, so super easy and simple menu plan this week. Lots of no-cook or pull-from-the-freezer meals.  We’re about to get school started back up, co-op is about to start, we’re well into soccer season, and I’m still trying to do the farmer’s market so it’s nuts here.

Sun: L) grilled cheese on homemade GF bread, tomato soup  D) cheeseburgers with lettuce “buns”, steamed broccoli, GF pretzels

Mon: L) GF PB&J, veggies with dip D) summer squash casserole

Tue: L) BLT salad D) turkey philly wraps, sauteed zucchini

Wed: L) crustless quiche, fruit D) grilled sausages and veggies, pear sauce

Thur: L) leftover quiche, fruit D)
