I’ve been using this menu plan this week, just forgot to post it.  A lot of soup/salad combos again as we’re having cold wet weather and trying to work through the pantry.

L) tuna and spinach salad, fresh veggies
D) chili with home-raised beef, corn bread
Monday
B) smoothies
L) leftover chili
D) homemade tomato soup and grilled cheese
Tuesday
B) eggs
L) black bean soup and salad
D) GF pizza
Wednesday
B) oatmeal or eggs
L) leftover pizza, fresh veggies
D)roasted chicken, sweet potatoes, sauteed kale
Thursday
B) oatmeal or eggs
L) salad with shredded chicken and almonds (make chicken broth from chicken carcass)
D) Grilled pork tenderloin , rosemary roasted cauliflower, pear sauce
Friday
B) eggs or smoothies
L) leftovers
D) GF buckwheat blueberry waffles, sausage patties, fruit
Saturday
B) oatmeal
L) Out
D) Mexican chicken soup using homemade broth
