All subject to change, but here’s a plan. I spent FOREVER grilling stuff today so that it would be done for part of the week. It’s too hot to go out there every day and I want grilled food!
Monday – B) eggs and veggies L) salad S) veggies and dip D) stuffed chicken breast with grilled veggies
Tuesday – B) yogurt and blueberries L) steak fajitas S) veggies and dip D) salad
Wednesday – B) oatmeal L) veggie stir fry with brown rice S) nuts D) hot dogs and grilled veggies
Thursday – B) eggs and veggies L) tuna or chicken wraps S) veggies and dip D)leftovers
Friday – B) egg muffins L) whole wheat pasta salad S) yogurt and berries D) leftovers, book group
Saturday – B) out? L) leftovers D) taco salad
