Okay, so I just joined the forum, and I’ll admit that it was because I was trying out for their DT. BUT…if you’re looking for another scrapping message board to join, you have to check out simply obsessed! The forums are really fun and chatty and the gallery is hoppin’! And there is some SERIOUS talent over there. And that’s not even mentioning the drool-worthy kits in the store. Check it out!!

Here are just a couple little projects I did using the brown ribbons from the Sassy kit.
Here’s an altered gift box. It started out as an oatmeal box, but I completely covered it with paper and now it can be reused again and again. Bow ties on the side.
And here’s a little CD envelope I made.
We had planned on being in PA this weekend for a friend’s wedding, but it just ended up being WAY over what we could afford to fly there, stay there, etc. SOOO….
We spent the whole weekend working on Autumn’s new room (our old room). We painted, pulled up the icky carpet (and spent forever getting all those mean tack strips up), and scrubbed and scrubbed and scrubbed the floor. (Trying to get up all the particles of carpet padding that seemed to have permanently attached themselves to the hardwood.)
Then we moved in her bed and desk and a cupboard that we found in a trash pile that works really well for her books. We still need to move her dresser in there, but first have to figure out how to manage the big fish tank that is on top of it without killing all the fish in the process.
Lastly, I went and got the bedding I’ve been wanting forever for her from Target. Of course, they were completely out at our Target, so we went into Macon and got the last set there.
Still tons of work to do in there, but it’s livable and she’s finally moved in. 🙂
So, if you were getting your own scraproom, what colors would you paint it? I’m currently pondering the question, but I just keep changing my mind.

Okay, so if you can’t tell, I’m totally in love with this big scalloped circle punch! I find myself using it on everything!
I used glitter and Stickles to decorate the die-cut on the front and KI lace cardstock to accent the pages covered in Bo Bunny and Urban Lily paper.
Supplies from the Scrapper’s Haven Store:
Paper – Bo Bunny and Urban Lily
CS – KI Lace Cardstock
Flowers – Prima Sprites
Punch – EK Success
Ranger Stickles in Frosted Lace and Black Diamond
Also used SavvynSassy ribbon from my favorite kit as well as the die-cut scroll from one of my favorite Etsy shops NikLin1225
I made this a while back for a BHG call, but it wasn’t picked up (no surprise there–lol!!). So here ya’ go! 🙂
I used stamps and a homemade mask to do the heart shape. 🙂
I wanted a layout with a lot of texture to show off this photo, and the ribbons from this month’s kit were a perfect fit. 🙂

I was at a crop last Saturday where I actually finished all of the stuff I took with me to do! (GASP!!! That’s the first time I’ve ever had that happen. :-)) So I borrowed some photos from one of my friends to scrap. I used some of the gingham ribbon from the January kit near the bottom of the layout. Left room for my friend to journal her thoughts about the photos.
Supplies: Paper-CI, Cosmo Cricket, KI lace CS; Ribbon-SavvynSassy; Stickers-The Paper Studio
I’ve been a bad blogger lately. DH has been on vacation, so we’ve been busy tearing out carpet and painting and packing up Christmas stuff. And with all that going on, scrapping just hasn’t been happening much.
But I’ll be posting some of the projects I’ve done for SnS. 🙂
